Can I pause my subscription? +

Absolutely. You can pause, skip a week, or cancel your subscription at any time through your member portal. We ask for 48 hours notice before your next scheduled delivery.

Do the flowers come arranged? +

We deliver our stems "loose" but cleaned and conditioned. We believe arranging them yourself is part of the therapeutic ritual. However, each delivery includes a styling guide from our lead florist.

Where do you source from? +

We prioritize local British and French growers during the season. For exotics, we work with fair-trade certified farms in Ecuador and Holland that align with our sustainability ethos.
